Consistency
- Our behaviour and relationship policies are clear and consistently applied across the setting. They include adaptations to ensure reasonable adjustments are applied where appropriate
- We work together with parents to support parity in approach between school/setting and home.
- All staff receive training to recognise the ways in which CYP with SEND can be vulnerable to bullying and ensure systems are in place to monitor.
