Understanding Influences
- Our teachers recognise that all behaviour is communication and consider the multiple influences that drive behaviour (e.g. developmental profile, trauma).
- Our teachers understand an individual’s context will inform effective responses to behaviour and take a holistic approach as a result.
- We ensure every child or young person has a supportive relationship with a member of school staff (e.g. key worker).
