Teacher Accountability
Our teachers are responsible and accountable for the progress and development of learners in their class (including where learners access support from teaching assistants or specialist staff).
- Robust systems are in place to guarantee that learners with SEND have equitable access to qualified teachers.
- Our teachers collaborate closely with teaching assistants to inform planning, evaluate intervention outcomes, and align support with classroom learning.
- When interventions require time away from the main class, our teachers maintain full oversight and responsibility for pupil progress.
